Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Identity and contact information: name, company or organisation name, email address, phone number, postal or physical address, submitted when you fill in a contact or enquiry form, request a quotation, place an order, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Project and Content information: logos, brand assets, text, images, artwork, product specifications and other material you supply so that we can design, print or develop your requested Deliverables.
  • Account and Portal information: login credentials, user roles and activity logs for Clients who are issued access to the Website Management Portal, Advanced Management Dashboard or a cPanel hosting account.
  • Billing information: invoicing details and payment confirmation records; note that we do not directly store full card or bank payment credentials, which are processed by our banking or payment service providers.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type and device information, pages visited, referring website, and similar analytics data collected automatically through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics when you browse the Website.
  • Communications: records of correspondence between you and Cityhub Tech & Design, including emails, WhatsApp messages, call notes and meeting notes, kept for service quality and record-keeping purposes.

How We Collect Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on the Website, send us an email, message us on WhatsApp, call our office, meet with our team, sign a quotation or agreement, or register for access to the Portal. Project files and Content may be retained for a reasonable period after project completion to support portfolio use, repeat orders and warranty claims, unless you request earlier deletion.

Website Management Portal and Hosting Account Data

If you are issued login credentials for the Website Management Portal, Advanced Management Dashboard, or a cPanel hosting account, we process the account information, activity logs and any Content you manage through those systems solely to provide the hosting and content-management functionality described in your service package. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into these systems and for keeping your access credentials confidential.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including Lesotho's Data Protection Act, 2011, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

We will continue to send you essential service-related communications (such as invoices or project updates) even if you opt out of marketing.

Our Website and Services are intended for businesses, organisations and adult individuals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
